Giving and Receiving Effective Feedback


In this workshop we talk about the elements of giving feedback that is sticky and impactful. Leveraging the SBI Model, how can we give feedback that resonates with our employees? We also look at examples of poorly delivered feedback, and roleplay providing tough feedback with other managers in the room. Not every conversation is easy, so how can we approach these tougher conversations with empathy and thoughtfulness and hold the best interests of our team in mind?
